I am Melody!
I'm often that person you find to be at first stand-offish or unapproachable, and sometimes I am, but you shouldn't be afraid or angry or whatnot, cause I'm a nicer person than I appear. I enjoy art and I'm an artist to the core. I like to draw, paint, write, take pictures, design clothes, learn about all sorts of things, and more.
My desire is to one day be able to make a living doing everything I love like creating and selling manga, books, clothes that I designed, my music that I play, and whatnot. I also like the idea of sharing my work with the world, so they can see and enjoy it. I know it will be difficult and I know I'm not the only one working for this, but one day, somehow, no matter what happens I will always work on this hope. And I hope that one day I can share my works with the world, giving joy in whatever way I can.

It's been a long time, this place has always like a sanctuary for me. A place where I can be free to write, draw, and express myself. In a sense it has been "home," a place to come back to. And because of that, I thought I should talk about my absence.
My last journal entry was a few months after my grandpa had passed away, as much as I tried to stay together, I was really just falling apart. My anxiety, depression, health, all began to deteriorate as I tried so hard to keep moving forward.
